1. Booking

All bookings must be made via the website booking link, email, or official social media platforms.

  • A booking fee or full payment is required to secure all appointments.

  • Appointments are not confirmed until payment has been received.

 

Bridal Bookings

  • Bridal enquiries must be submitted via the booking form to receive a personalised quote.

  • A 20% non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your date.

  • Full terms and conditions will be outlined within your bridal contract.

 

Location

  • Appointments may take place at your home, Sidni’s location, or a chosen preparation venue, as agreed at the time of booking.

 

2. Payment

  • All booking fees and payments must be made via secure payment link or bank transfer.

  • Any remaining balance must be paid as agreed prior to or on the day of the appointment.

 

Additional Costs

  • Any extras (including travel, lashes, or additional products/services) must be paid on the day unless agreed otherwise.

 

Pricing

  • All services are charged in line with the prices listed on the website, booking system or as agreed following consultation.

 

Securing Your Appointment

  • Payment details will be provided after your enquiry or booking request.

  • If the booking fee or payment is not received within 48 hours, the appointment will be automatically released and may be offered to another client.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

 

Please read carefully before securing your booking.

 

Booking Fee

  • All bookings require a non-refundable booking fee to secure your date.

  • For larger bookings (including bridal parties), a higher booking fee or full payment may be required.

 

Cancellations

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance will result in the loss of the booking fee.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will be charged 50% of the total booking cost.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours, or failure to attend, will be charged 100% of the booking cost.

 

Bridal & Group Bookings

  • Bridal and group bookings reserve a significant portion of the schedule, and other clients may be declined.

  • For this reason, all booking fees and payments are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable within 4 weeks of the booking date.

  • Cancellations within this period will require full payment, regardless of notice given.

 

Rescheduling

  • Appointment changes may be requested with more than 48 hours notice.

  • All rescheduling is subject to availability and is not guaranteed.

  • Booking fees may only be transferred once.

 

Payments Made in Full

  • Where full payment has been made, you may:

    • Transfer your booking to a new date (subject to availability), or

    • Convert your payment into a voucher valid for 12 months from the original appointment date.

  • This option is only available for cancellations made outside of restricted periods.

  • Any transferred balance must be used within 12 months.

 

Cancellations by Sidni

  • In the unlikely event that Sidni must cancel due to circumstances beyond control, a full refund will be issued.

  • Refunds will be returned via the original payment method.

  • No further compensation will be provided.

  • A trusted, professional alternative may be recommended where possible.
